Preparation and inspection of tube blanks → tube heating → perforation → tube rolled → steel tube reheating → setting(reduction)diameter → heat treatment → finished tube straightening → finishing → inspection(non-destructive,physical and chemical,Taiwan inspection) → storage
2.The main production process of cold rolled (drawn) seamless steel pipe :
Blank preparation → pickling and lubrication → cold rolling(drawing) → heat treatment → straightening → finishing → inspection
